Producer, President – James Delorme
James Delorme James is the former Chief of Klahoose First Nation, an established social media innovator in First Nations communities and a multimedia producer. Although James Delorme’s family originated from Cowessess First Nation (Treaty 4 Territory), he has been welcomed and adopted into Coastal Salish culture and way of life and is a member of the Klahoose Nation. As a multimedia producer Delorme created innovative video-based language lesson plans and was a key leader of drone technology in indigenous communities. His focus has always been to build capacity within his own community and strengthen strategic economic opportunities for Klahoose and other First Peoples. James is a frequent speaker on the topics of technology transformation and green energy. He often speaks at public events such as those with the BC Assembly of First Nations, the Annual BC Business Council Summit and others.
Sr. Partner, Producer – Duncan Kennedy
From Prince George BC, Duncan is of Metis descent. He began his career at Apple in Cupertino where he managed the QuickTime product line, Apple’s multimedia architecture and the foundation of modern digital video. He worked with the team on the first webcast of the Grammy’s and the Sundance Film Festival. More recently Duncan has founded or taken a senior management role in several US and Canadian firms.
Sr. Partner, Producer – Shane Kennedy
Shane Kennedy is president of Lone Pine Media Productions and Company’s Coming Publishing, one of the largest general trade book publishers in Canada. Mr. Kennedy has been in book publishing for over forty years, thirty-seven in the current company. He has written over 30 books, many of which have become bestsellers. He has made films throughout the world featuring the work of Indigenous peoples.
